Acceptance
By using the ALMushaghib Web Services and Technical Solutions website, creating an account or ordering a service you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Services and orders
- Displayed prices are starting prices ("from"); our team confirms the final price and timeline after reviewing your order details.
- Work starts after the order is confirmed and details and payment method are agreed.
- We may refuse or stop any order that violates this agreement or applicable laws.
Account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Payment and refunds
Payment method and refund terms are set for each order when agreed. Services already started or delivered may not be refundable unless both parties agree in writing.
Software activation service
We install and activate only software for which you hold a valid licence. We do not provide or support pirated software or unlawful licences, and we may refuse any request that does.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website or our services for unlawful activity, to send harmful or abusive content, or to attempt to hack or disrupt the website or access other peoples data.
Support and tickets
We handle tickets by department and priority and do our best to reply promptly, without a fixed response time unless agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Rights in the website content and design remain with ALMushaghib Web Services and Technical Solutions. Rights in delivered projects pass to the client as agreed in the order.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with due care and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by misuse or by factors beyond our control.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this agreement, and you may ask us to close your account at any time.
Changes and governing law
We may amend this agreement; continued use after changes means you accept them. This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the country where the company is based.
